By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the cybersayz Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the cybersayz Service. If you are under the age of 18, you can not use the Service.
You are not permitted to use the Service if you are a convicted sex offender, or if we have previously banned you from the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
You may not:

Create an account for anyone other than yourself without their express permission.
Use a username that is the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person.
Use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or violates any part of these Terms.
cybersayz is a platform for creative expression and connection. However, you agree not to post, upload, or transmit User Content that:
Is illegal, pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit.
Depicts graphic violence or threatens violence against any person or group.
Constitutes harassment, bullying, intimidation, or hate speech directed at individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Infringes any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Contains private information of any third party, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and financial information without their express permission.
Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
Constitutes spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or unauthorized advertising.
Contains viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and post on cybersayz ("User Content").
However, by posting User Content on the Service, you grant cybersayz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for content shared with others (e.g., comments on another user's post), which may remain until deleted by the other user.
You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have the necessary rights to grant us this license.
The cybersayz Service, including its "look and feel," design, logos, graphics, and source code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion tools within the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account, access to the Service, or remove your User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by cybersayz. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access them at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, cybersayz DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, cybersayz SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND
